Workday Financials Consultant

Permanent | Remote (US-based)
Salary: $140,000-$170,000 base + bonus

We are partnered with a well-established Workday services organisation supporting enterprise Financial Management programmes across the United States. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Consultant to join their delivery team on a permanent basis.

This role is delivery-focused and hands-on, working closely with client Finance teams to design, configure, and optimise Workday Financial Management solutions across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end delivery of Workday Financial Management

  • Configure and support core Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Assets, and Expenses

  • Partner with client Finance and Accounting stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

  • Support testing phases including unit, integration, and UAT

  • Provide post-go-live stabilisation and optimisation support

  • Contribute to best practices, delivery standards, and knowledge sharing across the Financials practice

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience delivering Workday Financial Management solutions

  • Strong understanding of US finance and accounting processes

  • Experience working on enterprise or large-scale Workday implementations

  • Confident client-facing consultant with strong communication skills

  • Workday Financials certification preferred (Financial Accounting or Core Financials)
